The Petitioner appeals from the order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board), dated August 11, 1992, granting benefits to Ronald H. Beliveau (Beliveau). The referee had denied benefits to Beliveau by reason of his willful misconduct. The Board, although agreeing with the referee that Beliveau had committed willful misconduct, found and concluded that Beliveau established good cause for his actions. Since our review of the record establishes that the Boards decision has foundation neither in fact nor in law, we reverse the Board and deny benefits to Beliveau.
